In-Between Times, (EP)
Cover Art 3 G.png

Ernesto J. Ponce, in his newest project, "In-Between Times" gives voice to life, relationships, and facing the unknown with a blues sensibility that hasn't been heard since his 2013 debut, "The Dream is Gone", which garnered the attention of local radio and which debuted his newly formed band on WTMD's Baltimore Hit Parade with Sam Sessa in 2014. As that band went on to transform into a thing all it's own, a six pieced vibe-rock band Spirit Parade, who graced the Artscape Main Stage in 2016, Ernesto strayed away from blues, trading much of his husky voice for a Mayfield-like falsetto approach on a string of EP's and culminating in his first full length record, "In Plain Sight" in 2022. "In-Between Times" re-introduces that gruff, sober style that epitomizes his early blues work and showcases a simple, yet compelling voice on the electric lap-steel guitar.
